[StBernard] St. Bernard Parish Library needs your help

Janet may weigh in on this one- but there is a three year temporary plan to
establish a library in a trailer until the permenant location and rebuild is
completed.
 
The council has approved the development of a site for the temporary library
but little has been done to this point.
