Jer,
 
every council member has the opportunity to use the internet to  submit
input or information and my bet would be that now that we have entered an
election year you may see a new presence, even if it is through the use of a
ghost writer type of situation.  My presence was not a plan of the council
and certainly not an agreement with the administration as they attempted to
censor some of my posts early in the process.
 
Everyone has contributed in their own ways- this just happened to be one of
the ways that I thought I could be of some assistance.
 
Regardless, the usefulness of Westley and his site has been invaluable to
those who have used it.
