I believe that State Farm has to reexamine all cases, not just those that
were part of the lawsuit.

Does anyone know anything about this State Farm settlement in Mississippi?  
We had a camp close to the coast over there that was leveled.  My State Farm

policy was worth $80,000.  We went to mediation and took the $26,000 that 
they offered.   Will they be forced to review our case?  Or since we went to

mediation does that mean we accepted that amount and it is settled in the 
eyes of the law? Since they were dening all claims at the time and the 
judge's decisions were favorable to the insurance company in the beginning, 
we thought this was all we could get.
