[StBernard] 25 percent of Road Home applicants challenging awards

I have been contacted twice, once Thursday and again today by the Shaw Group
that is what comes up on caller ID. They say they are from the road home
program, so I am guessing that they are being subcontracted by ICF. I was
asked about my appeal on Thursday and I told them I had a post Katrina
appraisal and they asked me to fax that in. I had basically the same call
today I told her that I had faxed in the appraisal and she told me I would
be receiving another grant letter in the mail. I asked why on Option 3 I was
penalized 60% when the penalty is 40 % she told me I was wrong and the
penalty is 60%. This is outrageouse.
