Ms. Keller,

Is that under the 603C non-profits? [It's something like that I believe]
Could the Tulane Law Clinic assist with that? Does anyone know if Loyola
also has such a clinic?

There is a group of citizens who would like to form a non-profit in
order to
apply for some foundation and corporate grants. There is no way to
pay for
such legal services. It's the chicken and the egg. How do you get to
be a
non-profit when you can't pay for legal services to get money to pay
for
such things? Can anyone advise of any pro bono legal services to do
so? ddk
