Perhaps Mr. Rodriguez's comments were well intended and perhaps he does love
the parish and the water.  However, he is the parish leader and as such, he
must think before continuing to offer statements that I suspect are often
misunderstood by many.  

Part of the rebuilding process may include rebuilding the management team.
And that is not a bad thing nor is it personal against Mr. Rodriguez.  Doing
what is best for the community is paramount at this time.  

You judge yourself by your intentions...people judge you by your actions.  I
pray for only the very best for St. Bernard and to all who have chosen to
stay here.  And I wish for a stronger and smarter government.
