If I may interject. The sincerity of one's "generousity to assist" is at
question in my opinion. Through numerous attempts I have attempted to
contact Mr. Murrell for his service in 2006. All phone calls to Mr. Murrell
have gone unanswered, even to the point of leaving messages on his machine.

One call missed, and yes: It is possible for a mishap to occur. Try thrice
and you're not in my plans to recover, Mr. Murrell. However, good luck to
those who have tried in earnest and has gotten Mr. Murrell to help. It just
didn't work out in my experience.

James has been doing free legal work since the day Katrina hit... 
 
He has sealed at least a thousand documents, titles, transfers, government
documents... And I will never forget an attorney after the storm telling my
Father... oh you are going to make us(other attorneys who were charging) all
look bad doing this for free... and his reply was ... well it is the right
thing to do... after all ... all three of our families in St. Bernard lost
their homes as well.  My Father tries mainly to stick to the little things
as far as legal counsel as he is retired but any advise or any help is of
course ALL FOR FREE... so Please do give him a call... If nothing else he
can get you in the right direction... He may be able to help you get started
all the way... Just call him and leave a complete message if you reach his
answering machine. 
 
Location:   He is between Lafayette and Chalmette as he is still working on
