[StBernard] LRA heading down the "wrong" Road Home...again!

	have had people tell me
	not to give my certified appraisal to the advisor at the first
meeting, but
	rather to wait to see what value was given to my home by the LRA.

Pck, this is interesting. I had not heard that but that is our plan already.
We never got the appraisal yet.
We were told by the lady that, if we appeal with an appraisal that is within
20% of the lra assessed value, they are just adjusting it upward that much.
If the difference is greater, one has to go to a full blown appeal. She was
a local, trying to get her own lra money as well while working there. Very
friendly and helpful, and seemingly rooting for 'us' meaning us as a group,
not just our family.
