This is for any interested parties. An old neighbor from Chalmette, LA sent
this to me. Being doubtful of information I get through forwarded emails, I
decided to try this out when I washed my clothes yesterday. This is
absolutely true. I put water on my lint filter and it did collect and
puddle. I cleaned it off with soap, water and a scrub brush---then voila!
The water went through the filter. I had no idea! I think I will clean my
lint filter every couple of months from now on.
