Also, what about people who have had their doors stolen, plywood that was on
the windows stolen, unbroken windows broken!  Why should we be fined if we
keep having to replace these things?  My grass has been cut and the area
cleaned but cannot keep plywood up because someone keeps stealing it!!!  I
too am waiting on LRA and IF in my lifetime that ever comes through, even
close to being reasonable, they can have my house!
