[StBernard] Enforcement to begin today on St. Bernard Parish grass/debris ordinance

Hey Craig,
  How about the Parish buying some lawn equipment for people who do not live
here to borrow when they are in town.  They could show proof of owning the
property, sign the equipment out under their name and return in a couple of
hours..  This would sure help those who are out of town and do not have the
means to transport lawn equipment.
