[StBernard] Enforcement to begin today on St. Bernard Parish grass/debris ordinance

I reported a water leak at my meter 12 days ago and still no one has come to
even look at it much less fix it and you want the parish to furnish and
transport lawn equip to your house? Its not going to happen. If they don't
have the means to transport equip from out of town, how will they transport
it from the parish site to their home?
