This is addressed to the Murphy Exects that read this digest:
 
When will the remediation dirt removal going to be accomplished as stated
for those of us that are in the buy out area but are not selling?  Your
subcontractor working these issues cannot give me any timeframe to
accomplish this.
 
I want to landscape but am waiting for YOU.  It appears that because you are
performing this task in the order that homeowners settled with you, you are
still doing houses that no one plans to return to.
 
Please help.
