AND JUST WHY WON'T THE FLOOD INS INSURE YOUR RAISED HOUSE AND NOT COVER THE
BOTTOM FLOOR.  THIS IS WHAT THEY DID BEFORE KATRINA FROM WHAT I UNDERSTAND.
