Recording fee, I think is for Option 1, Option 2&3 have a closing cost. Now
I think someone has posted on a site that for Option 1 . There was about 3
different charges and the total was over 100.00. but less then 200.00. Have
not heard from anyone that has chosen option 2 or 3
