I read on the government website that people can call and complain about
grass not being cut in their area. But when someone needs to prove their
grass has been cut they need to go to the complex and bring a receipt. That
would present a hardship to many who have moved away from the parish. Is
there a way you could make it easier for someone to present their proof or
get someone to go to the complex to bring proof?
The person who originally cut and sprayed our grass checks on the property
often and we know he's reputable and he's also a good friend.  We also have
pictures of the property after the house was demolished and the property
cleaned.  
So, hopefully we'll never have to deal with that particular problem , but
there are others who may and they'll need a helping hand with this
situation.
