	I can feel it as soon as I get to Chef Highway

I know I am answering this a bit late, but I was out of town for a while.
The 'chef hwy' and even Paris Road bridge sneeze and breathing issue might
be due to the burning horse urine under the bridge, which is in Orleans
parish but often draftes to our parish as well.
