[StBernard] MRGO suit

I talked to a friend of mind this morning, Monday.  He is a lawyer.  Not 
part of the class action but a St. Bernard parish lawyer.  He spoke with 
Sidney Torres in person and Sidney said as long as your papers  are in his 
office by Tues. you will be included in all the different class action 
suits.  Torres is going to file everything he has Wed. morning.  He said you

do not need to fill out multiple SF-90 papers with all the different lawyers

involved.  Just get it to Torres' office or Andry's office and you will be 
included in the multiple MRGO suits.  This includes the admirality suit, the

tort suit, the marritime suit, the level breach suit, all these different 
suits against the COE.  Torres also said that if you miss the deadline of 
Wed., you can still file with  him up until the Aug. 29 date, you just will 
not be included in all the suits, only the Torres'-Andry suit, which he 
still maintains has the best chances of victory.  This is just my 2 cents 
worth on what I have learned. I filled out my paper work with Torres and 
Andry.
