Jer - unfortunately  it took a substantial fine  for some people that are
not that far away to do something with their high granss/weeds that are
creating homes for rodents.  It appears that since the fines have been
imposed that more of the homeowners that are close have now done something
with the high grass.  Amazing isn't it. Of course there are some that are
far away and not in a financial position to have someone do lawn service.
But for those that were just lazy and didn't care about others the fine
appears to have been necessary. This is a good step to get congtrol of the
rodent population before one of our children get bitten and ill.
