[StBernard] Melancon Works to Resolve St. Bernard Parish and FEMA Debris Removal Contract Dispute

I pray that no parish and its people have to endure additional hardship, Mr.
York. However, recent news have reported sewer projects or others in
jeopardy that might create a financial burdensome up to the tune of
bankruptcy if needs are not met as far as reimbursements, etc. No guarantee
that it will happen if things satisfy the urge to itch the void of money
that is needed. Sketchy at best, but who said anyone was walking on this?

project complete or even if any monies have surfaced to get the project
handled financially. An official was quoted as saying that either they would
get additional money from the Feds/State or ..gulp, else. Craig?
