They want the Federal returns showing your losses, not the state returns.

I did my income tax refund last April and have heard nothing yet.  Almost a 
year.  I sent it certified with a return reciept so I know they got it.  
Shouldn't they have your income tax returns from previous years?  Why are 
they making you send two years of tax returns when they should already know 
that from previous fillings with them?
