[StBernard] curios about grass cutting violation

 There is one house that keeps getting reported for not being gutted,
non-compliance for grass in the back yard, etc...even has a red "x" on it,
supposedly has been up for demolition since forever, but the address never
appears on any lists.

demolitions are done as they are released by FEMA- as a house is condemned
does not mean that it gets released in a specific order.
 
as far as the grass compliance, it does make a difference when there are
complaints made about a non-compliant property, especially when it is
adjacent to occupied homes.
