There are three such houses on our street.  We were told we would see alot
more progress after the Murphy Settlement.

demolitions are done as they are released by FEMA- as a house is condemned
does not mean that it gets released in a specific order.
 
as far as the grass compliance, it does make a difference when there are
complaints made about a non-compliant property, especially when it is
adjacent to occupied homes.
