Dear Future Resident,
if there is debris in the back yard, you can sign a Right of Entry and the
debris crew can get the debris from your property. Since I don't know where
the house is, I am reluctant to tell you to just block the visibility of the
rear yard to be in compliance because I have not seen the amount of debris
that you are talking about and if it presents a situations that harbor
rodents, etc.
If you are keeping the grass down and the house is secured, the backyard
debris would usually not present any violations, unless it was deemed a junk
pile in normal times.
If you need to sign a Right of Entry you can go to the website www.sbpg.net
or go to community development office on the second floor of the government
building.
Hope this helps.
God Bless,
Craig

Craig.
My address was added to the "Grass violation list". The complaints
department is saying it's because my backyard has debris and high weeds. I
can understand the grass being to high but not the debris. I have a 7 foot
metal fence surrounding the property. Since when is it illegal to have
debris in your backyard? The only way to see in the backyard is through the
locked carport gates. I have a collapsed garage and above ground pool in my
backyard in which I need heavy equipment to go back there and remove. I
plan on selling the house to the LRA so I am not putting out the expense on
this. I will cut down the weeds. Can I put plywood over the gate of the
carport were it is not visible from the street? Will I be in compliance
than?
