[StBernard] Corps: MRGO Gone, Levees Up

The two people who I have heard from, that were at this meeting on April 4
th , have both stated that the corps are going to do us in one said we will
be the new spillway for New Orleans and the other feels like it is a lost
cause and St Bernard will always be used to save the city. Both people tell
it like they feel it. So I have to believe this was their truthful take on
the meeting.
