If this is the truth, if it ever comes to pass, or if that is the corps 
intent, then the corps should pay each person the $500,000 like the lawsuit 
papers everyone filed against them.  I do not wish this to happen, nor do I 
want to lose St. Bernard for $500,000.  I can only hope that this lawsuit 
against the corps will cause or pressure them to do the right thing and 
close that dang MRGO.
