Yes, and that's why I started drinking bottle water and purified to help the
taste and "accidents" (oh, yes--we still remember the Water District's
accident in the late 90's). I'd trust the bottle in lieu of the water coming
out of the spigots in most of our communities.

The moral of my story is that "you can bring people to the faucet, but you
cannot make them drink". <G>.
