[StBernard] Dirty potable Water - Murphy buy Out Area

Craig,
The potable water at my residense - 2300 Despaux is rusty, dirty looking
this morning. Spoke with water board rep and here is his comments/reply:
 
"They started demolishing houses on Jacob this morning and from the shaking
etc. the water lines in the area have some cast iron and the movement is
disturbing sediment inside the lines. "
He suggested getting a  "whole house filter" that can be installed where the
water enters the home line from their meter.
 
What gives here?
