the streets and curbs and drainage are supposed to stay in place.  water
lines will also remain in tact at this point- fire hydrants that will not
service any houses or structures will likely not remain in service over
time.

There were Fire Hydrant Safety Checks in this area South of Judge Perez All
Week.  Not saying that this is the cause, but it could be adding to it if
the Fire Dept had just checked your street.
 
Another question for Craig regarding Murphy Demolitions, are they leaving
storm drain and fire hydrants in working order after demo's?  Thought
something was said at last Tuesday's council meeting about demolition of
sidewalks/driveways to curbs?  Are the curbs to stay in tact to help with
the rainwater runoff ?
