Craig, 

I would like to put up a paige fence enclosing the front of my yard all the
way to the sidewalk.  I already have one enclosing the back yard.  Do I need
any special permission to do this?  We do have a few houses in the
neighborhood completely fenced in (front & back) which had been that way
since pre-Katrina.  I live on Palmetto Street.
