Hey Deborah,

Is URG or any other company still picking up gutting debris? 
    Yes, but there are fewer trucks so it is a good idea to call in a specific address- either at the council office at 278-4217 or the URG debris office.


What's the status with the metal pole replacements and wiring repairs?
     Phase I is about 30-35% complete and the same company was awarded Phase II which is the phase that includes replacement of poles and the wiring issues.  Coordination with Entergy was also an additional problem but it is reported to be worked out.  The contractor has given us a date that projects the Phase II projects to be finished by the end of the year.

STI-how far have they gotten in the parish delivering the new cans? 
     SDT has been delivering cans but it helps if a homeowner signs up for one either at their office on Paris Rd or on their website.  They have requested proof of residency for some people so it is a good idea to have a water or entergy bill with the request form.  The council office also has the request forms.

Street signs?
      Bids on the regulatory and street signs to be opened on June 19.
