Since you thought so much of them before all this storm stuff,  maybe they 
just do not know that the debris is not going to be picked up.  Not everyone

reads this site or keeps up with the ever changing rules, even though they 
should know.  It might be a misunderstanding.  Maybe you could mention it to

them that the parish is not picking up new building debris and it is up to 
them to haul it off.  Just a thought.
