Oh well, he's successful enough at something to have gotten the grant-writer
gig with the parish...Oh by the way, is that his Mom's name you see on all
the solicitations for bids for  parish contracts ?  <HUGE grin>

	Anyone who has ever worked with or knows Mike Bayham will tell you
he's a
	perfect example of the saying "he's a legend in his own mind." I've
heard
	nobody likes him or has any respect for him, not even those in the
	Rebublican party. They have learned to tolerate him, and that's
about all
	that can be said for him.
