[StBernard] 2nd Anniversary

Here are the plans for Gethsemane's second anniversary events. It is also
the Sunday we will start having two morning services again instead of one.
Thought I let y'all know since there was a question about events. It is the
first weekend after the Katrina annivarsary day, and we plan to have a
special service(s) yearly for that. 

The afternoon service is a rededication with our new synod bishop coming
down to preach, if all goes well.
