ConAgra signs lease for space at Port of St. Bernard

ConAgra Foods Inc. has signed a three-year lease with stevedore Associated
Terminals for a new bulk cargo warehouse at the Port of St. Bernard, where
the company plans to store fertilizer imports. ConAgra will be the sole
tenant of the 40,000-square-foot warehouse, which is the largest bulk
storage facility directly servicing vessels on the lower Mississippi River.
