New In Recovery Assistance


Resources to Help Displaced Residents Return Home
The Red Cross Means to Recovery Program provides resources for recovery
needs including housing resources to rebuild or repair homes, job-related
needs such as occupational training, and job-related transportation needs. 

To be eligible, a survivor must have lived in a FEMA-declared disaster zone;
lost a job, left school, lost a home, or incurred physical injury; and most
importantly must be working with a case manager on a long-term recovery
plan.
