Anyone else notice that most of JR's signs along StB Hwy are placed on
public "rights of way".  Should I also assume that since JR has two signs on
Chalmette Refinings fence, they are in fact endorsing him.

What do you think are the odds that someone in parish government will
enforce this ordinance.
