[StBernard] FEMA Trailers and LRA properties

Does this poise any new issues.  

There is a house down the street from me on Karen that has a FEMA trailer
(looks abandoned) that is now owned by the LRA.  Does the recipient of the
trailer still have to request that the trailer be removed, or since the LRA
now owes the property does it automatically get towed.
