Here is the epitomy of Bias. It certainly is (as if St. Bernard Parish does
not exists because the majority are Caucasian and it is his bias (which is
obvious about adopting African kids while there are tons of African
Americans and Caucasion Americans in dire straights in America!) that
concerns our parish. It's beyond Bias, but can a White American be observed
as racist against other whites <smile>...

It's incredible with all his fame to support people of color with his
millions and fame and TOTALLY ignore what (we're sure) has happened a mile
or so down the road!

Wouldn't it have been appropriate to build a few Katrina Cottages in St.
Bernard to show his compassion for a community that lost equally (if not
more, being homeowners over renters who have lost more per dollar figure and
jobs, than the existing pre-katrina depressed/vacant crack houses and
dilapidated homes? Also, how many African American sports figures, arts,
movie stars or politicians have offered their support for the 9th ward??
(much less St. Bernard Parish). Really? No one came forward out of the
goodness of his/her heart? Yet they can complain to high heaven that the 9th
ward was "raped and pillaged" by the white government whose conspiracy to
ruin the lives.

When will the people of "non-color" have to stop feeling guilty or filled
with false accusations against them simply because of the non-color of THEIR
skin?

To illustrate again, check out the Gov. Blanco's live press conference of
Wednesday who had Rev. Al and others wanting their way, bulldozing the "weak
Ms. Blanco" (as if she is a co-conspirator against the Jena 9?). Pitiful
exhibition of minorities dictating what the majority should do to swing
support to whatever their desire. Pififul!

Here's Brad's story of what we MUST DO to MAKE IT RIGHT:

Pitt, who has been involved with other post-Katrina rebuilding projects in
the Ninth Ward, will partner with Steve Bing in Pitt's new project, "Make it
Right."
