   The same could be said if you are caught speeding or have ever sped
without being caught. How many people, including your kids in the car with
you, could have died? Following your logic, and this being an accident,
should you also be charged with reckless endangerment and neglect had you
been in a wreck? As you say, you can't circumvent he laws that you feel are
in your way or you can justify.
