Nah, known Walter for years. However, when he jumped ship (yes, we all were
caught in Katrina's disaster, but didn't change our party line as we've seen
what the liberals did to the state (Hint: Absolutely nuttin' ! <smile).

As a conservative, Walter had a philosophy second to none (considering no
system of government is perfect).

However, one a liberal, he's against my political philosophy, my ethics, my
faith (I say this because my faith teaches me one thing, and he's swapped
corners on the liberal side (which has moral reasoning beyond what I
believe).

Nothing personal. Just don't like his "new" old style of campaigning (and
his political ideology). I admire him as a hard-worker and his wanting to
help (Although I do not admire his and anyone else's sincerity on the run
for the campaign trail). But, we have to have a governor and aside from
their egos, we must trust at least one, don't you think so? <G>

So, Corruption is in the eyes of the beholder. I firmly believe that one
cannot have power and no greed in his/her heart. It's almost as if there's
an oxymoron present: Either you're good or you're corrupt. Either you're
powerful or you're humble. Either you're an attention seeker (ego strokable)
or you're meek. There has to be some degree of corruption. The question is?
Which one of our most prestigious candidates is less evil, less corrupted,
more honest, least in morality?

Then, that is the one which should be our choice for governor.

Btw, I never did like Channel Six news, MR. Clancy, etc. as he has a
fixation for "liberal leaning". Not fair and balanced, but promoting this
liberal media and his choice of candidates as well. So be it, as he's a
right to choose his guy as he wishes (but should report in a neutral corner
and let the voters decide). Gambit?

I only wish Mr. Boasso would not have given up his "day job" and his
senatorial position, moving away from my political philosophy and into the
"corner of clowns" because I'm highly disappointed from my political
perspective that he chose a party that's going to "Socialize" America, not
only into damnation, but in line with the Romans, Mother Russia and other
socialist regimes. I'm saddened at this and nearly broke my heart about his
departure at the tradeoff of power and greed (yes, 60 million plus the most
powerful position in our state is "political gumbo" for the liberals. Sad
indeed.

However, everyone must make his/her own choice. This is mine.

<smile>..

I've watched the debate tonight and that's going to be another issue to
write in another message <G>

However, my day wasn't that bad today, but frankly a little boring and
disappointed that the guy who was supposed to fix my roof didn't show
<chuckle>..

Jer

What did Mr.Boasso ever do to you? You sound pretty bitter towards him.
What makes you think he are anyone in his campaign had anything to do with
an LSU student being thrown out of a Jindal rally.....What has he done that
makes him corupt in your book? Can you show us what he has done that could
be so bad for the state of LA? I for one as a St. Bernard resident would
love to know, before I go to the polls on Oct 20th.

You really should read this week's Gambit...they have a great article in
there from Clancy Dubois the editorial writer for the Gambit on Mr.
Boasso...seems to me he is very credible...

Hope you sometime in the near future have a "NICE DAY"
