   Let's not forget, while Bill and Hillary were famous for trying to help
people who helped them, can all of that combined equal to one tenth of what
Bush has kicked to Haliburton. And let's not forget that Haliburton (nonbid)
contracts weren't just to polictical cronies, but also funneled into the VP
pocket. Part of his separation package included substantial amount of stock-
talked in great part by Tim Russet prior to the 1999 elections. Who is
"more" corrupt, political favors for electoral help, or political favors
that add personal wealth?
