At this seminar, community planning leaders will explore unique
opportunities for rebuilding from the scale of city block, neighborhood, and

sustainable communities including design, marketing, codes, market analysis,
finance and transportation. This is your opportunity to hear from some of

Recovery Authority (LRA) that is supported with private funds provided
through the LRA Support Foundation. In the wake of the destruction caused by
Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the Louisiana Speaks initiative works toward

will guide recovery and growth over the next 50 years.
