Okay, thanks for the reply Craig.  

Those concerns didn't get written up from all that I saw online at the time
of the presentations.

I know there has be a fiscal responsibility on the part of parish government
and no, the hospital isn't for free.  Once the board is up and running, it
might be a good idea to contact other areas that have community hospitals to
see what they have encountered in regard to finances.  There is time; no
land has been transferred nor has the first shovel of dirt been turned yet.
However, the sooner something can be decided, the better it is for all
residents and potentially returning residents.
