[StBernard] St. Bernard panel opposes truck stop

I hate even using the term "casino" in regards to this thing.  It's a video
poker parlor and they ought to call it that.

	Where will the customers of a truck stop be drawn from? Seems to
	me there would need to be ALOT of traffic to keep 50-60 people 
	
	Well, the 'truck stop' is just an excuse for the casino.
