PROMPT SUCCOR CHURCH 

Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church will hold an Advent penance
service Friday at 7 p.m. at the church, 2320 Paris Road, Chalmette. Priests
will be available to hear confessions. 

Prompt Succor's Christmas Mass schedule is: Monday, vigil Masses at 4 and 6
p.m. and midnight; Tuesday, Masses at 9 and 11 a.m. A New Year's Eve vigil
Mass will be held Dec. 31 at 4 p.m., as well as Masses on Jan. 1 at 9 and 11
a.m. 

A special Mass will be offered at Prompt Succor to celebrate the Feast of
Our Lady of Prompt Succor Jan. 8 at 8:30 a.m. in the church.
