Jer: Actually, drastic changes must be met as to "nip in da bud". Much like
done in Van Zant County Texas Where crime went down and jail population
reduced almost 50% since implementing it.

One excellent way to curtail crime within da parish is to "pink-'n-nize" da
jails, da prison garb and da mindset of idiots hell-bent on doing da crime
over doing da time. If one does da time, perhaps one won't mind wearing da
colors of Madaam Mim.

Arson-sparked fire destroys playground in St. Bernard

Volunteers built the facility in 2003 Saturday, January 05, 2008By Paul
Rioux
Built with sturdy timbers by an army of volunteers, the St. Bernard
Community Playground was largely unscathed by Hurricane Katrina's winds and
water, but it could not survive an arsonist's match.

Most of the 12,000-square-foot wooden playground at Torres Park in Chalmette
was razed by a fire that investigators said was intentionally set Tuesday
night.

"It's terrible," St. Bernard Fire Chief Thomas Stone said. "I'm disgusted
that someone would do this to the children of St. Bernard."
