Let me ask a question.  Did you just go by the casino area in Biloxi or did
you go further back into the neighborhoods?  I'm curious, is why I'm asking.
I know I've seen stories on Ocean Springs and other areas that have not
rebounded yet so was just wondering if it's the "strip" you are talking
about or the residential areas also.

	I'll do it myself. I would sure feel better about inviting people
from out
	of town; its a disgrace. If this your idea of rebeautification, then

	should take a page from Biloxi.
