How ironic, for a week we're been discussing the improvements in Biloxi on
the coast area and today theTP from page addressed this exact issue.
 
What this article implies is that if you veer off the main coast line the
picture is not so pretty.  The residents  and business owners  are in as bad
or worst condition of progress then we are.  
 
It also states that the casino's boosted  1 billion dollars  revenue for
2007 which contributes 1/3 of the city's revenue for gaming licenses and
fees.
