[StBernard] Another Tattoo Parlor?

Must be having a senior moment.  Thought that prior to Katrina the parish
governing body established a new zoning code of C-2 that was to cover bars,
lounges, and included tattoo and piecing parlors.
Just noticed that we now have a new tattoo parlor at 2125 Paris Road just 2
blocks from Our Lady of Prompt Succor church and School.
